Hello everyone,
It's been a while. I'd like to start off by apologizing for the long disappearance.
It wasn't entirely intentional. But there are a few factors that drove me off posting on any media for a while. (The only exception being Discord. I can link my discord for anyone who would want it.) But since I still owe a few people some art pieces I figured I should give some explanation as to what's going on? (If I owe you any art that I have not finished, please get into contact with me.) I've never been good with actually typing things up, so apologies in advance if this comes off as a bit rambling.
As we all know there's been a big thing going around for the past couple years. I believe I caught it fairly early on, and that was 'fun' to say the least.
Due to that 'thing' I actually had to switch jobs. Twice. My financial situation has been a bit tight and has only recently started to stabilize more with an upcoming even newer job.
Through all these changes I kept telling myself that I could keep drawing. But the exhaustion and mental stress of everything kept putting it off. You can only say 'one more day' so many times and then it's an entire year.
I have been able to do some doodles and some smaller pictures every once and a while, but sitting down for larger pieces has been near impossible. My hope is that with the new job (which is higher pay and within my field of expertise) I won't have to worry as much about keeping a roof over my head. (Which, speaking of, is also going to have to change soon because my landlords are moving and want me out.)
I do hope to get back into art. But for now I cannot promise anything.
Thank you everyone who's been patient with me. I know I messed up with some of you, but I hope to work on making that better.
This is not meant to be a pity post or an excuse. Just an explanation. Thank you for your time.
Hello Everyone!
We're doing an event over in :devthe-breezie-grotto: in a little over a week and were wondering if anyone would be interested in guest designing for it.
All proceeds from the sale of your adopt(s) will go to you. There will be a limit of 2 designs and you must remain within the theme of the event.
This time we're going with "Summer's End" Basically anything within the realm of summer activities/memories/etc or things that play into the beginning of autumn.
We'll only be accepting a couple people though so if you're interested please comment below with a few examples of designs that you've made, whether it's for OCs or other adopts you've made. The admins will vote on who we choose and we'll get back to the winners as fast as we can.
Thank you everyone for your time!
Weird title, but there's apparently a character limit?
Anyways, it seems that a pony/avatar creator game has been put out in the Google Play store that has decided to use Midnight Fairytale's cutie mark as one of the options without asking me about it.
You all know how I feel about this stuff, but I also wanted to put out the word because I'm pretty sure the other marks have a high possibility of also having no permission. And if you know the artist of any of these marks please let them know.
Here's some screenshots of the available marks in the game:
And a link to the game if you want to check it out yourself.

Please, don't attack them or send them threats of any kind. If you want to leave a review or something go for it, but there's never a reason to go to such extremes.
Thank you to the person who alerted me about this. And thank you all for your time in reading this.
Information - LashersThis is a closed species. They may not be used for MYOs without permission.
These guys are still new so information will be filled out more at a later time, it's just good to get the basics down for now.
===========================================
The Basics:
Lashers are a set of dawnweaver descendants from the Outlands.
Their ancestors were a group of explorers who were cut off from the others by the Dawnweaver War, and the resulting mountain range. As such they considered themselves the only survivors of that event and broke off to make their own way. They have only recently discovered that they are not alone.
Lashers are a travelling species, who wander the deserts that lay north of the northernmost mountain of the Grove. Before now, they'd never really settled in one place for long.
Lashers are a predatory species. They are covered in various spikes and stingers that make them a force to be reckoned with, even to larger creatures. Their name comes from their attack st

Their bellies are covered in scales, and they have a line of spines which go down their back. Large armor plates cover their shoulders and trail down their back, along with some smaller, scattered plates. Lasher antennae takes the form of colorful sensory 'tags' on the ends of their ears.
